This version of WinAmp XML Server
plugin requires msxml July 2000 Beta or later.
To download it go to

http://msdn.microsoft.com/xml/default.asp

and download and install the current version of msxml.

After completing the installation run WinAmp,
from the desktop select snowcrash.hta
or from your browser http://localhost:82
